SCOTTSDALE PLAZA RESORT VIA TOWN OF PARADISE VALLEY

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, a 404-room hospitality property at the northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Indian Bend Road, is moving forward on plans to build new rooms, restaurants and spa on the property.
Earlier this year, the property’s owner, New York-based Highgate, applied with the town of Paradise Valley for changes to the property’s special-use permit. Those changes were approved this summer.
